This website provides information relating to the several lawsuits that have been filed against DST Output by former employees. My law firm, the Law Offices of Michael Tracy, represents some of the employees in several of these cases. In other cases, my firm does not represent any party and has no interest in the outcome.
As there are certain rules that relate to what an attorney can publicly say about an active case of which he is a participant, my comments on cases that I am involved with will be limited to providing summaries and links to documents that have been filed in the case. In addition, I will frequently ask for witness information about any information relevant to the lawsuits.
In cases in which I am not an attorney, I will comment on DST's litigation style and tactics as well as explain the relevant law and how employees can protect their rights against employers who violate the law.
